These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Go Green Haul, a DBA of Hestia Group Holdings Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a service, communicating with us, or using our website (gogreenhaul.com), you agree to these Terms.
Services
Go Green Haul provides junk removal, hauling, and light demolition services in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Our services include pickup, hauling, and disposal of residential and commercial items, construction debris, yard waste, and other materials as agreed upon at the time of booking.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are based on the information you provide, including photos, descriptions, and access details. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs from what was described or photographed. Our crew will confirm the final price before beginning work.
A photo of the items to be hauled is required before a fixed quote can be provided. Without photos, we can only provide an estimated range.

Surcharges may apply for same-day service (+$50–75), stairs or difficult access (+$25–50), and distance beyond our standard service zones (+$25–50). All prices include labor and standard disposal fees.
Deposits and Payment
First-time customers are required to pay a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is 50% of the quoted price or $75, whichever is higher. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor (Stripe). Payment is expected on the day of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment, or failure to be available at the service location ("no-show"), will result in a $75 cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled at no charge.
Service Zones
We currently serve the following areas in Los Angeles:
- Westside: Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Westwood, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Venice, Mar Vista, Culver City, Playa Del Rey
- Eastside: Pasadena, Glendale, La Cañada Flintridge, Altadena, San Marino, South Pasadena, Sierra Madre, Eagle Rock, Highland Park
Requests outside these zones may be accommodated with a distance surcharge or may be declined at our discretion.
Hazardous Materials
We do not haul hazardous materials, including but not limited to: asbestos, chemicals, paint, solvents, fuel, propane tanks, medical waste, or any materials that require special disposal permits. If hazardous materials are discovered during a job, our crew will stop work and the customer will be responsible for proper disposal.
Liability
Go Green Haul is fully insured with general liability and commercial auto insurance. We take reasonable care to protect your property during service. However, we are not liable for damage to items being hauled, as these are items you have designated for removal and disposal.
If our crew causes damage to your property (walls, floors, landscaping, etc.) during the course of service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can assess and address the issue.
Eco-Friendly Disposal
We make reasonable efforts to donate usable items and recycle materials whenever possible. However, we cannot guarantee that specific items will be donated or recycled, as acceptance depends on the condition of items and the policies of our donation and recycling partners.
Text Messaging Program
Program name: Go Green Haul Service Updates
Description: When you text our business number or provide your phone number through our website, you may receive text messages related to your service, including quote responses, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, payment receipts, and post-service follow-ups.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Typically 3–10 messages per service transaction.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Text STOP to any message to opt out of text communications at any time.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel any booked service. You can always reach us by phone at (310) 496-3834 or email at go@gogreenhaul.com.
We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
Reviews and Feedback
After your service, we may send you a text or email requesting a review. This is optional and you are under no obligation to leave a review.
Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours at go@gogreenhaul.com or (310) 496-3834. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
